Scroll To Top updated to version 4.2.7 on Opera

Hello all Opera users, I apologize for the past few releases which were buggy in one or another way, now with the launch of version 4.2.7 all these bugs should have been removed.

I had to take this step of optimizing code as till version 4.0 this add-on code (Opera implementation) was not proper, now from 4.2.7 you should not see any javascript related problem (hopefully).

In any case I'll always be constantly monitoring your valuable feedbacks. Thanks :)
